School induction programme is an essential practical work in BEd curriculum of Kerala University. The main aim of the programme id to understand the atmosphere of school in present time. Since the student teacher had left their school life many years back.
School induction programme was a great experience to me. The teachers and students altogether have gives a wonderful experience. We are field like actual teachers during those days. There are many new experiences anf moments.
