Teaching practice phase II Week 4

Monday - Friday
I took classes according to the timetable on all the five working days and peer evaluation was also conducted this week.
Classes were taken for class VIII and IX students this week . Three topics completed in the chapter why classification for class VIII students according to the lesson plan. Five topics in chapter excretion to maintain homeostasis were taken for class IX.
Eight topics were taught to the students this week.

Teaching practice phase II Week 3

Moday-Friday
I took classes according to the timetable on all the five working days and peer evaluation was also conducted this week. On 29/11/2019 friday school conducted an exhibition, afternoon school hall were arranged for exhibition. I helped the students to prepare charts and models. The learners got opportunity to see many things they haven't seen or using in their homes. It was a great experience to us also. They were too talented and have creative ideas.
Classes were taken for class VIII and IX students this week. Four topics, in chapter why classification were taken for class VIII students according to the lesson plan. Four topics, in chapter excretion to maintain homeostasis were taken for class IX.

TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE II WEEK 2

Monday- Friday
I took classes according to the timetable on all the four working days and peer evaluation was also conducted this week. 20/11/2019 was no class because educational strike.
Classes were taken for class VIII and IX students this week on all the 2 days. One topic, Contribution of Scientists in the field of classification were taken for class VIII students according to the lesson plan. The topics, formation of sweat, kidney and liver were taken for class IX. Class test was conducted in IX on friday.
Cross word puzzle completed by student: topic., liver.
Five topics were taught to the students this week.

Teaching practice phase II Week 1

Monday - Friday
I took classes according to the timetable on all the five working days and peer evaluation was also conducted this week. The attendance of students were very less during the afternoon classes as they were given permission by the Headmaster and class teachers to practice for kalolsavam. But still we were instructed by the teachers to take classes. It was not at all satisfactory as most of the students were not in the class
Classes were taken for class VIII and IX students this week on all the 4 days according to timetable. Two topics, classification and taxonomy were taken for class VIII students according to the lesson plan. The topics, excretion and excretory organs were taken for class IX.
Four topics were taught to the students this week.

School induction programme is an essential practical work in BEd curriculum of Kerala University. The main aim of the programme id to understand the atmosphere of school in present time. Since the student teacher had left their school life many years back.
School induction programme was a great experience to me. The teachers and students altogether have gives a wonderful experience. We are field like actual teachers during those days. There are many new experiences anf moments.

Study Tour Report : 23/1/2019
The study tour as per the BEd curriculum as on exposure to a place to educational importance. The tour programme of Mount Tabor Training college, Pathanapuram was planned for a day. It was a journey from Pathanapuram to Kanyakumari which was held on 23rd january 2019. We covered Shanthigiri Ashram of Pothencode, Vizhijam Research Center of Marine Fishes Research Institute, Gandhi Mandapam at Kanyakumari and the sunset point at Kanyakumari.
